By signing up for an account or starting a trial with askQuick.ai, you agree to the following:

2. Eligibility and Account Access

To use the Service, you must:

  • Use the Service for business purposes only
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Keep your credentials secure (you’re responsible for any activity on your account)

3. Trial Period and Billing

We offer a 7-day no-risk trial. Here’s how it works:

  • Your card is authorized at sign-up but not charged until day 7.
  • You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge. Go to this link to cancel the service.
  • If not canceled, your subscription will auto-renew and your card will be charged on day 7 and then on a recurring basis based on your selected plan.

No refunds will be issued once the charge is processed. You can cancel at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your billing period.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Prices and features are subject to change with notice.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
  • Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Not financial, legal, or tax advice

You assume full responsibility for any business decisions made based on the Service’s output. We are not liable for outcomes based on AI-generated content.

7. Data Use and Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. By using the Service, you grant us permission to:

  • Access and analyze your financial data through connected platforms (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Use anonymized data to improve our algorithms

8. Limitation of Liability
